Not posted on here in a long time. I fell spectacularly off the wagon and gained all of the weight I had lost plus a couple of extra lbs. I don't really know what caused me to do it but I have given myself a virtual kick up the arse and am back on track.
I have a new weights workout which I did for the first time on Thursday - suffice to say I am still aching! Lots of leg exercises and more free weights than I normally use which I actually prefer.
I lost 7lb last week, my first week back so I am really pleased with that, although slightly embarrassed as it shows how much junk I was eating to retain so much water. I also lost 1" from chest, waist and hips.
