		<description>This article is very well considered and well written. This whole blog for that matter is a fantastic resource for anyone wanting to be healthy and get the body they want the right way.

I agree that sit up after sit up is not the be all and end all of working your core. As you said they work the rectus abdominus muscles (a  small part in a wider set of muscles which form your core). Over working these will only result in time taken away from strengthening your core as a whole.</description>

		<description>I think this article cleared minds of many people who can just have excuses instead of doing something (working out, jogging, etc) Keep it up with good articles.
P.S. I liked the point with more time in the gym = more results. Actually too much will lead not only to overtraining but to some depression and that feeling when you dont want to go to gym again. So keep a balance.
