My Essential Food List

Here is a list of my essential foods.  These make up my everyday diet and I rarely stray from this list except for a scheduled treat meal.  I cook everything from scratch.

Complex Carbohydrates:



Porridge Oats, Brown Basmati Rice, Quinoa, Sweet Potatoes. Wholemeal Flatbread, Rye Bread, Organic Sprouted Wheat Bread, Wholewheat Pasta

Protein:



Chicken Breast, Turkey Breast, Extra Lean Ground Beef, Minced Turkey, Minced Lamb, Venison Steaks, Kangaroo Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Ostrich Meat, Mahi-Mahi, Haddock, Tilapia, Tuna Steaks, Salmon Steaks, Tinned Tuna, Prawns, Egg Whites, Whey Protein

Healthy Fats:



Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Virgin Coconut Oil, Almonds, Brazils, Pecans, Hazelnuts, Cashews, Walnuts, Fish Oil, Flax Oil, Ground Flax, Natural Nut Butter (Almond, Peanut, Cashew, Hazelnut, Brazil), Eggs

Dairy:



Milk, Butter, Greek Yoghurt, Quark, Cheddar Cheese, Feta Cheese, Babybel Light

Fruit & Veggies:



Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Sprouts, Spinach, Butternut Squash, Pumpkin, Green Beans, Carrots, Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, Courgette, Aubergine, Variety of Salad Leaves, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Tinned Tomatoes, Garlic, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Apples, Bananas, Pears, Satsumas, Cherries, Grapes, Kiwis, Apricots, Pitted Dates, Coconut

Beans & Pulses:



Kidney Beans, Chick Peas,  Borlotti Beans, Butter Beans, Haricot Beans, Broad Beans, Lentils, Black Eye Beans, Cannellini Beans

Miscellaneous:

Nakd & Trek Bars, Larabars, Honey, Agave Nectar, Balsamic Vinegar, Coconut Milk, Capella Drops, 100% Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Spincentice Kits, A Wide Vareity of Herbs & Spices
