Lady Gaga Review

Hello lovely bloggies, my computer still isn’t fixed – boooooooooooo! So, I will have to post here and there when I get chance but please bear with me and I promise I will be back to normal as soon as possible. I think the problem might be my monitor so I’m going to try out mini JAG’s at the weekend and if it works, I’ll buy a new one.
I had an awesome time in Belfast! I got to the airport with time to spare so sat and enjoyed a glass of red wine and some peanuts whilst I waited. The flight only took 45 minutes and my lovely friends Jildo & Crappy were waiting for me when I got there.
We drove the short drive to Jildo’s house and relaxed for a while. After an hour or so, we opened some wine and caught up on some gossip.
The girls are both awesome photographers and had spend the previous day shooting various different pictures in various different locations. Look at this stunning picture that Jildo took of my friend Crappy.
Isn’t it stunning? I think Crappy should model for a living, she is so beautiful. You can check out both of their work on their flickr sites: Crappy Flickr & Jildo Flickr – they are both very talented.
After they had showed me their pictures, we opened some wine and had a good old chat. Before we knew it, Crappy & I were part way down our second bottle – oops! We got ready to some Lady Gaga to get us in the mood and headed out to Frankie & Benny’s for dinner.
We ordered cocktails and wine – I had a creamy baileys cocktail while the girls had mojitos. I had steak & fries for my main course and Crappy & I shared a pecan cheesecake for dessert – it was amazing!
After dinner, we walked the 10 minutes to The Odessey in Belfast. Some of the outfits people were wearing were absolutely incredible and Lady Gaga actually said she was amazed at how great people looked and that she kept getting distracted when she spotted someone looking fierce.
Due to the bright lights, my pictures all turned out pretty badly and my videos weren’t so great either due to the poor sound quality. However, a quick scan of youtube found these vids:
It was one of the best gigs I have ever been to and if you haven’t already seen her live, you simply must! I can’t wait to get chance to see her again and wish I had booked tickets to see her in Birmingham aswell.
Anyway, I have to keep this short and sweet as Mr JAG will be wanting his computer back.
I’ll post more tomorrow lunchtime when I have my break from work. Hurrah for Friday!
