		<description>I am a spam bot!  No, but really, that&#039;s an awesome transformation.  I was as easily as big as you, have lost 60 pounds, but I&#039;m still flabby, and I&#039;m not sure that even if I got this last 20 pounds off, I&#039;d still have a tummy and flab thighs.  But now I&#039;m just a bit more inspired to give it a go.  

I&#039;ve met people who swear by the diets, they work every year!  I question how they work if they have gained the weight back within the year, but am usually told that I have a bad attitude, and no discipline (because my weight loss is so slow as to be barely happening).  

I need a new wardrobe, haven&#039;t done that yet either.  Too much residual trauma from clothes shopping, I won&#039;t do it until I have nothing to wear.</description>
