Happy Thursday blog friends, hope your day is going well!
I realised earlier when I was sorting through my emails (yes, I am finally going to sit down long enough to reply to them – apologies if you’re STILL waiting for a reply!) that I never wrote my post about “Exercise Calories” and what to do with them. I’m currently working on a blog piece about that but decided to ask you guys, the folks that read my blog, if there is anything you would like me to write about?
Is there something you want to ask me? Something you want me to write a blog piece about? Or is there something that I currently do that you don’t particularly enjoy?

I would like to have information on what to do with regards to food and exercise,supplements,sports drinks etc with regards to starting out. It is all very confusing when u look at the site as it’s in full flow and I just don’t know where to start or sometimes what you’re talking about,why ur eating what u are etc

That’s understandable Kim, it can be very confusing when you are starting out. A lot of it is trial and error. I will answer your question in a blog post over the weekend.
I would really like to know how you balance out being a mum and everything else you do. How you coped with losing weight and the effects it had on your family. Also about whey protein and sports bar and supplements. Think thats it. xxx

I’d like to have a gander at your weights rotations. Do you work in 4-week cycles? And are you still doing full body, or have you gone back to an upper/lower split?

Yeah some info on what supplements you take or what you did take when you started out would be great. The combined Tonalin and Green Tea supplement that I used to take from Holland and Barrett has been discontinued so I am currently searching for alternatives that work well for me and would be great to know your experiences – good and bad – of supplements and such! :)
