			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, it&#8217;s only been four days since I really re-focussed on sticking closer to my nutritional profile and re-commenced carb cycling.<br /><br />It seems to be working because I have <strong>lost 1lb!</strong><br /><br />I knew when I woke up that I would see a loss &#8211; I don&#8217;t know how, but sometimes, you just know :-)<br /><br />Motivation is still in full swing, so I will be pounding the streets tonight in preparation for my <a href="http://www.jagsfitnessblog.com/search/label/Birmingham%20Black%20Country%20Half%20Marathon"><strong>first half marathon in July.</strong></a><br /><br />I&#8217;m hoping to beat my previous best of 5.2 miles though if I can match it, I will be happy enough.&nbsp; Whatever happens, I am going to aim for the distance and if I have to take a couple of walking breaks, that is fine.<br /><br /><strong><u>What exercise plans do you all have for the day?</u></strong></p>
