Healthy Banana Ice Cream

  • 150g banana, chopped and frozen
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 10g raw cacao nibs

Add the banana to a food processor and process until smooth, scraping the sides of the jug if necessary.  Once smooth, add in protein powder if required and whizz again until blended.

To make the chocolate sauce, mix 2 tbsp maple syrup with 1/2 tsp raw cacao powder and drizzle over the ice cream.  Top with cacao nibs.
