Protein Frappucino

Ingredients:

250ml any kind of milk – I like almond, coconut, rice or oat milk
2-3tsp instant coffee
1 scoop protein powder – chocolate or vanilla is good
LOTS of ice – I use about 15-20 ice cubes
A drizzle of syrup (optional – occasionally I might use a drizzle of caramel syrup PWO)

Add your ingredients to the blender…

Whizz up until most of the ice has been crushed and the mixture is slushy…

Pour into a glass…

And enjoy – mmmmmmmmm
