Chicken Chasseur

Serves 4
- 350g chicken breast, diced
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 glass white wine
- 2 large carrots
- 1 parsnip
- 200g mushrooms
- 1 large red onion
- Sprinkle dried thyme
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Shake of sea salt
- Sprinkle mixed herbs
- Tiny sprinkle of paprika (for an extra kick)
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on a medium heat for 4-5 hours. Then enjoy. It couldn’t be more simple!
