Healthy Pizza

  • 1 Khobez Wholemeal Flatbread
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 130g chicken breast, sliced
  • 65g red onion, chopped
  • 65g mushrooms, sliced
  • 25g red pepper, chopped
  • 50g grated mozzarella
  • Italian mixed herbs

Spread the flatbread with tomato puree, sprinkle half of the cheese on and then layer on the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and the herbs.

Cook in the oven for 10 minutes on 180, and enjoy.
