Chocolate Fudge Balls

Recipe idea from Chocolate Covered Katie

Makes 16

  • 300g dates
  • 65g brazil nuts
  • 60g hazelnuts
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened, 100% cocoa
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Add all ingrendients to a blender and blend until they start to form a smooth paste.  Roll into balls and store in an airtight container.

Super easy to make and they taste divine!

    Just made these, they are awesome. Justed wanted to ask how healthy are they? could you eat these often or just as a one off?

      Hi Sean, so glad you like them. They are really healthy – all made from natural ingredients, no added sugar and other nasties. You could include one or two daily as a snack or treat – I really like them pre-workout – they give me a massive boost.
